This training focuses on the 5 Ways to Health and Wellbeing – proven steps to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

Connect

The people around you: family, friends, colleagues and neighbours.   

Thinking about how connecting with the people in our lives can help us to have good health and wellbeing.

Be active

Keeping active: go for a walk or run, cycle, play a game, gardening or dance.

Exercising makes you feel good. Everybody can keep active no matter what your level of mobility and fitness.  Learning about how keeping active helps us to have good health and wellbeing

Take Notice

Looking at the things around us, the things that are in our community, how we can keep ourselves safe.

Being aware of the world around us and how it makes us feel can help us to have good health and wellbeing

Keep Learning

Try something new. Rediscover an old interest. This session will look at our  skills, talents, goals and ambitions

Learning new things will make you more confident as well as being fun.
