Line Dancing – Name That Dance!

This week in line dancing our wonderful teacher Barbara taught us a new dance to “Don’t Tell Me How to Tie Up My Laces”.  It was a slower one that usual but great fun and very graceful and elegant.  Everyone agreed it was super!

Kat said “It was really good you know, the steps were different as we usually do 1,2,3,4 and it was to 1,2,3 like a waltz I liked it.  Barbara taught us new dance steps called ‘twinkle’ which were cute!”

Barbara has asked that we come up with a name for this new dance so get your thinking caps on!

We danced all of our usual routines, “Elvira, Alcazar, Shania Twain, Boogie Woogie Choo Choo Train and Let’s Marvin Gaye and Get it On” and it was a fantastic afternoon.

Stella and Pat from Henshaws said “We love coming line dancing here everyone is so friendly, it is fun and Barbara is great.”
