Yesterday was our 4th practice session for our Wirral Walk which is aproaching fast.
The group met at Waterloo train station in Crosby, today we were joined by Pat and Elaine who are supporting our walk.
We walked down to Crosby marina which was beautiful in the glorious sunshine, we caught a glimpse of the the iron men and managed to take a few photos with them.
Lunch time was spent on the beach.
In the afternoon we walked along the coastal path and ended up in Formby.
Altogether we walked over 8 miles which in yesterdays heat was an amazing achievement.» Back to News
